By accessing or using the Wublix platform (wublix.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

All template purchases on Wublix are processed through our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments are processed securely, and you authorize the charge to your payment method.

• Digital products (templates) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

When you purchase or download a template from Wublix, you are granted a license to use it according to our License Agreement. You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the template source code with unauthorized parties.

• Use the templates to build competing products or template marketplaces.

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the templates.

• Use the platform or its content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content on the Wublix platform, including but not limited to templates, designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of sawnedcom and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any content on our platform beyond what is expressly permitted by your license.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or server issues.

• Data loss resulting from server failures or third-party service outages.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

We recommend that users download and back up purchased templates promptly after purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Service.

• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

• You attempt to circumvent payment or licensing restrictions.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any unpurchased content will cease immediately. Purchased templates remain yours to use within the license terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wublix and sawnedcom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform.

• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

• Any third-party conduct or content on the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
