License Agreement

All templates purchased from Wublix are licensed, not sold. This agreement defines the rights and restrictions for each license type. Please review carefully before making a purchase.

Personal License

For individual developers

You CAN:

  • Use in a single personal or client project.
  • Modify, customize, and adapt the template code to fit your project needs.
  • Deploy the final product to a live production environment.
  • Use in a personal portfolio, blog, or non-commercial website.

You CANNOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the template source code.
  • Use in more than one (1) end product or project.
  • Include the template in an open-source project.
  • Offer the template as part of a SaaS, page builder, or design tool.

Commercial License

For teams & agencies

You CAN:

  • Everything included in the Personal License.
  • Use in unlimited client projects within your organization or agency.
  • Use in commercial SaaS products, web applications, and client work.
  • Modify and create derivative works for commercial purposes.
  • Use across multiple team members within the same organization.

You CANNOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the original template source code as-is.
  • Sub-license the template to third parties.
  • Include the template in competing template marketplaces.
  • Claim original authorship or ownership of the template design.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a template for a client project?

Yes. With a Personal License, you can use it for one client project. With a Commercial License, you can use it for unlimited client projects.

Can I resell the template?

No. Reselling or redistributing the original template source code is strictly prohibited under all license types. You may only sell the final end product built with the template.

Do I get updates after purchase?

Yes. All future updates to the purchased template are included at no additional cost for the duration of your license.

Can I use the template in an open-source project?

No. Templates purchased from Wublix may not be included in open-source repositories or projects.

What happens if I violate the license terms?

License violations may result in immediate revocation of your license, account termination, and potential legal action to protect our intellectual property.
